Yes, a pre-purchase building inspection provides an in-depth breakdown of the condition of the house on the day of inspection. The report provides clear information to enable you, the purchaser, to make an informed decision.
What does the report include?
The report includes photos with written narratives explaining in easy-to-understand terms any defects found. These defects may include general maintenance items, through to costly issues such as moisture ingress or extensive external repairs.
What locations do you cover?
We do work all over the Taranaki region, from Mokau to Patea, and everywhere in between.
Do you provide pricing for repairs?
No, we are an unbiased party who provide factual, evidence-based information. We can provide information about which trade/or trades may further assist with any defects found. No financial advice or costings will be provided.
